At Wichita State University, I have had the opportunity to pursue both a Biology degree and a Health Science certificate concurrently. I strongly advise looking into the certificate programs that many universities, including our own, offer to anyone who is thinking about how to maximize their time in college.鉁煓傗�嶁啎锔�
Certificate Programs: What Are They?
A set of concentrated courses called certificate programs help students to become experts in a particular field irrespective to their major. They can be an excellent way to delve deeper into a subject you're passionate about or that fits with your career aspirations, and they usually take less time than a complete degree.馃摐
My Journey: Biology and Health Science馃К
While pursuing my biology degree, I came to the idea that I wanted to add health science expertise to my degree . I decided to pursue a Health Science certificate as a result, which I can finish in addition to my major coursework! This combination makes perfect sense to me since, as someone who is interested in both biology as a discipline and its practical uses in healthcare, this degree allows me to learn more about the health industry without having to postpone my studies.馃┖
