The Science of Happiness
In these challenging times, we're facing unprecedented changes and demands. To navigate these challenges, we need to think differently and create a plan with tangible action steps. We often plan our day in our heads鈥攚hether it's during our morning shower or our drive to work. We plot out what needs to get done, maybe vow to hit the gym, get the chicken out for dinner, or review homework. But there's one crucial thing we forget to plan: our happiness. We expect happiness to just show up at our doorstep like a pizza delivery... but it doesn鈥檛, and it won鈥檛.  Happiness takes work. It's like a muscle鈥攊t requires energy and intentionality to grow and feel it. In this talk, I'll share the fascinating science behind happiness, why it's beneficial for us, and how we can strengthen our happiness muscle according to scientific research. Get ready to embark on a journey to joy, armed with practical tips and insights that will help you cultivate lasting happiness in your life.
