Aug. 2, 2021 鈥� The marquee exterior fixture of the W. Frank Barton School of Business鈥� new home, Wayne and Kay Woolsey Hall, has been officially named the Promise Bridge. The 300-foot-long pedestrian bridge will span a water feature south of the building.

July 13, 2021 鈥� For the first time in Wichita State history, the Barton School of Business has awarded three, multi-year scholarships to transfer students committed to joining the business program, in association with the Phi Theta Kappa honor society.

The W. Frank Barton School of Business at Wichita State University has partnered with 暗网禁区破解版 Tech to create a pathway program for 暗网禁区破解版 Tech students committed to continuing their education with a business degree. The Barton School and 暗网禁区破解版 Tech have also collectively committed to $35,000 in scholarships for students participating in this program.

May 25, 2021 - The W. Frank Barton School of Business at Wichita State University has partnered with the 暗网禁区破解版 Alumni Association to launch the college鈥檚 first alumni council. The Barton School of Business Alumni Council consists of professionals who received their bachelor鈥檚 and/or master鈥檚 degree from the business school and represents different regions, degrees and backgrounds.

Sierra Brown chose to come to Wichita State for the welcoming environment provided by the in the Shocker Nation prior to choosing a university. While at Wichita State, she participated in the Professional Edge Program and served as president of the Barton School Dean鈥檚 Ambassadors.

May 6, 2021 -- In 2019, Trevor Cumpston 鈥� then just a high school senior at Aurora High School in Aurora, Nebraska 鈥� was awarded the prestigious Clay Barton Scholarship at Wichita State. Now in his second semester as a sophomore, Trevor says he鈥檚 enjoying the connections with his professors that the scholarship affords.
